From Hwy 403:  Exit at Lincoln Alexander Pkwy, proceed E/B and exit via Upper Gage Ave, turn right onto Upper Gage Ave and proceed S/B to Stonechurch Rd E.  Turn left onto Stonechurch Rd E and proceed E/B to Upper Ottawa St.  Turn right onto Upper Ottawa St and proceed S/B to 1555 Upper Ottawa St.

From W/B QEW:  Exit at Red Hill Valley Parkway. Proceed S/B to Dartnall Rd Exit and proceed S/B to Stonechurch Rd E.  Turn right onto Stonechurch Rd E and proceed W/B to Upper Ottawa St.  Turn left onto Upper Ottawa St and proceed S/B to Michelangelo Banquet Centre at 1555 Upper Ottawa St.

Parking:

On site at the side and rear of the building.  Use front / main entrance and the exam room is on the main floor, directly in front of the entrance doors.
