2010 Promotional Examinations

Promotional examinations will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at various locations across the province. All candidates should plan to write on March 28, 2010.

Under the authority of the Chief of Police, a service may permit members to write on the make-up date of Sunday, April 11, 2010 (held exclusively at OPC). All services are expected to limit the candidates writing on the make-up date to those for whom serious, extenuating circumstances prevent their writing on March 28, 2010.

Exam Sites are now confirmed. Additional information regarding exam facilities, directions, parking, etc. will be posted by March 1, 2010.

Direction to police services and candidates regarding exam administration, registration on-site protocols, and exam format and content, including WHAT TO STUDY, is detailed in the 2010 OPC Promotional Policies and Procedures.
